Right click the OneDrive icon on your task bar (blue cloud icon):
Go to settings/account and press unlink this PC:
Delete the SharePoint folders (both psrsonal folder and company SharePoint)
Now go to SharePoint folder on the web. Press sync. OneDrive will ask you to sigh in again and after that the sync will work properly.
Only after syncing the SharePoint drives sync your personal OneDrive folder
